What materials are Trollbeads made from?
Trollbeads are crafted from the highest quality materials, including 18k gold, Sterling silver, Italian glass, freshwater pearls, amber, and precious gemstones. Each glass bead is individually handmade over a red-hot flame.
Will my Trollbeads fit on other charm bracelet brands?
Trollbeads have a smaller core diameter than many other brands. While most Trollbeads will not fit on other brands' chains, most other charms will fit onto a Trollbeads bracelet. We recommend using authentic Trollbeads carriers for the best fit and security.
How should I clean and care for my jewelry?
To maintain their luster, clean your silver and gold beads with a soft polishing cloth. For glass beads, use a mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and swimming pools to prevent tarnishing and damage.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that personalized items or final sale products may not be eligible for return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
How do I choose the right bracelet size?
When ordering a bracelet, remember that the length includes the clasp, even though the clasp is sold separately. We recommend measuring your wrist and adding 2cm to allow space for your bead collection to grow.
Do you offer international shipping?
